There was lots of food for breakfast, it was excellent. I had a triple room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the location turned out to be favorable, near Bregenz, the town center, shops, restaurants.

The a double room we were given had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was very close to the town centre, shops and restaurants, and the pipeline.

the room is a nice size and modest with a perfect view to the lake. the breakfast was good, we really enjoyed a wide array of meals.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

The rooms were warm and stylish with smoke detectors for our safety. the bathroom was particularly good with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the location was lovely, for example, an expansive public park was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back! the place had a fresh new look and was really peaceful. the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was great to have central heating to keep warm, a variety of TV channels to choose from, and a nice desk to do some writing ✍️.

the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. the room had a lovely view of the lake and had a fan to keep me cool. I appreciated the dual-direction view from the room, allowing me to take in the surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel just by the lake. the location was perfect, with a stunning view of the lake from my room. the staff were friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel had a self, check, in option, making it convenient for early check. a fantastic experience next to the lake.

That the hotel could get a bit noisy at times.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the stunning view of the lake from our room. It was the perfect way to start each morning. the breakfast spread was also fantastic, with a variety of continental options and freshly made coffee. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to Bregenz and offered easy access to explore the surrounding areas.

One aspect that we disliked was the small size of the shower in our room. It was a minor inconvenience, but could be improved.

our recent stay in lochau was exceptional. wellenhof bodensee surpassed our expectations. the spacious room with a beautiful lake view, the delicious breakfast spread, and the helpful and courteous staff made our stay memorable. the charming chalet-style hotel and its excellent restaurant with a stunning patio added to the authentic germanic atmosphere.

Wifi was inconsistent.
